kc8 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kc8 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

kc8 operates an online entertainment platform for gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh, offering slot games, live casino, cricket betting, volleyball and other games. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali, but in the event of a dispute the Bengali version will take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on the kc8 platform and use any gaming or betting service. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one kc8 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is considered a violation of these Terms and all accounts along with any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, please notify our support team.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kc8 account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kc8 carries out an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and transparent service. The following documents may be requested:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account details)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 180 days or more, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team to reactivate it.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit and must be registered in your own name.

• There must be sufficient available funds in the account before making a withdrawal request.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending if identity verification has not been completed.
• We will not be liable for delays caused by technical issues, but every effort will be made to assist.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kc8 actively works to prevent money laundering. In cases of suspicious transactions, accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently and additional documents may be requested for investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until total bets placed equal 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds may not be used to play any restricted games — the list of restricted games will be stated on the promotions page.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• kc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.

5.3 Reload Bonuses and Other Promotions

From time to time kc8 offers various reload bonuses, cashback offers and special tournament promotions. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated alongside that offer and will apply in addition to these general Terms.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kc8 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely random and impartial. Third-party auditors regularly verify this system.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event. These limits may change depending on the type of game and current offers. kc8 reserves the right to set individual betting limits for any customer.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during gaming, any incomplete round may be considered void and the bet will be returned. kc8 will not be liable for losses caused by server outages, but compensation will be considered where possible.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result has been published it will be considered final. In sports betting, official event results will be taken from kc8's designated sources. In the event of any dispute, kc8's decision will be considered final.

7. VIP Program

The kc8 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity. kc8 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers. Cashback benefits are credited automatically each week and are withdrawable.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc8 platform:

• Using fraudulent software, bots or automated tools.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Interfering with other users' gaming activity or attempting to damage the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Assisting minors in accessing the platform.
• Attempting to breach the platform's cybersecurity measures.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of accumulated funds and legal action where necessary.

9. Responsible Gaming

kc8 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. In that case, withdraw all funds in the account (subject to bonus conditions being met). kc8 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a terms violation.
